Blog 10: English language challenges

Hello everyone!!!!

Finally is the last blog! Thank you for read my blogs, for me is very important the English but I am really, really bad in this subject.

Of course I thank you teacher for explain one and one thousand  times everything I asked,  and I appreciate that I have adapted the program to my needs, that really helps me a lot.

I also know that my progress in this English course was not the best, and I intend in the future to pay for an English course, and to be able to speak, write, and understand English as well as you (ok it's a joke) the course is in serious ajajaja.

Throughout these two years, and the 4 modules of English I have progress a lot, if now I am bad, before it was much, much worse.

The use the blogs I help me for the “best use” of words in English. My experience in this subject is fine, all my teachers I help me in different areas.

I need to improve everything in English! but above all I need to improve when I speak English, because writing does not cost me so much, to understand it either, but to speak it is very difficult!. I hate speak in English.

Well I use little the English, listen music in English, watch series (I really love series in English) but nothing more.

In the last English, my best friends Andrea she was with me, and I always asked her to make me my blog, and she never wanted to !!! only helped me and corrected me what I wrote wrong (in this blog also did) hahaha, and there was also the maty, who is very hateful and would not let me

Blog 9: Changes to my study program

Hello everyone,

One more week that we see each other and it is very close to finish the semester!! Finally, I hope you are not so stressed and that you end up in the best way.

Well, today I am going to talk about “Changes to my study program”.

At this time the School  it is experiencing a very complicated situation, because they are changing the programme and it would be damage us. Not having things clear causes our stress levels to increase.

What I would change is that I would give more relevance to subjects that have to do with public management, anyway it has a lot to do with what I would like to do when I leave the race.

As for the duration of the studies I think that five  years is fine, I would not add or take years, because when I take away I feel that important subjects would be left aside, and adding more years I think it is not viable since it is very important that one knows the labor field.

Regarding faculty facilities, I think that although today we are better than in the previous building, this still has deficiencies, an example of which is the lack of study areas, in addition to the lack of another computer lab,  especially thinking that next year the number of enrollments was increased.

I also think it would be important to create a CFG that is dictated in the EGGP, so that the rest of the university community has the possibility of knowing our school.

And finally in terms of teaching methods I would like the chairs to be less expository and more dynamic and participatory.

Blog 8: Summer Vacation (Holidays)

Hello everyone!!

One more week that I write in this blog, today I will talk about my plans for this vacation.

First of all I'm not planning my vacation, this year they will begin on December 28 because with my family we will go to Valparaiso to celebrate the new year.

My family is very small that they all go!!   

We will go to “Valparaiso” because my father is from Valparaiso so we want him to remember old times and also he wants to show us the magic that is lived in Valparaiso, and In Valparaiso we would like to visit some cable cars like Baron.

Besides this I have no plans I would like to work in January And to raise money so that in February I can go to the beach with my friends, every year we go to “Iloca” a beach that is close to “Curicó”

That's where I live and finally at the end of February with my family we go for a walk to “Itahue” where there is a huge swimming pool It's a way to close the holidays.

But there are some places I would like to go to, first of all I would like to visit the south and the places that I'm most excited to visit are “Pucón” and “Valdivia”.

I love the south and I hope I can go this summer with my best friend Rayen.

Blog 7: My favorite series

Hello everyone!!!

Today I am going to talk about my favorite series, I am very happy to write about this topic! because I am really  fan of "GREY'S ANATOMY".

This series is premiered on March 27, 2005. And has a 14 seasons of drama, and joys.

The actress  protagonist is Ellen Pompeo. 

This series is about the day to day of a group of surgeons from the fictional hospital "Grey Sloan" in Seattle.

I started watching this series because my older sister saw it, at that time they gave it in the "Sony" cable channel, and they were in season 4, but I saw it online from season 1.

The story focuses on Merdith Gray a resident of lacual medicine lives all her life in that hospital, that's where she meets the love of her life, who later dies in a terrible automobile shock, she also knows his sisters, one of mother and another of  father. In all seasons someone dies, are always close to Meredith, it's very sad!.

Today, this series is on Netflix until the 13th season, and I am watched all the episodes at least 3 times! The truth is that I could not explain why I like it so much.

If you have not seen the series I recommend you see it! One gets into the story in the first chapter. It is a simple story of a woman who struggles to be happy.

Blog 6: Postgraduate Studies

Hello everyone!!

So long that I did not write, they have been stressful weeks, but at last I can write again in the blog.

Well, today we are going to talk about a postgraduate course that you would consider taking in the future.

For me is important talk about my first certification program, when I was in my last year of the high school I did an certification program in "leadership" in the university of Santiago of Chile and is my first certification.

But also, I think it is very  important make post grade studies, in my case I did before of finish my career, approximately, about five or six years, because  that way I would have clarity which is the area that I like most, and  in which I am better.

I believe that my first option is the University of Chile, for his reputation and the secondary option is the Catholic University, fundamentally it would be to perfect myself in management, realization of processes, among others.

Today Chile is a competitive country it is very necessary have more studies and today, one career not is enough.

Also I would like I make some study of  post grade in other country like Estados Unidos or Inglaterra.

But  first for that and this if it is very safe I will realize an English course in a center that only dedicates to teach English.

 Because I am very bad at writing and speaking this language.

BLOG 4: INVICTUS REVIEW

Hi guys!!
Today im going to talk about the movie "invictus", this movie is very good and i recommend you to watch it.
This movie have much meaning for me, because shows the different problems in the world, after all the problems of the black people.
My favourite character is Nelson Mandela, because he is a brave man, who fights for his dreams and that of his people.
One of the things I like most about this movie is that it is based on real events, and shows how a president tries through rugby to unite at people that for so many years was divided by the skin color of people.
This film represents the struggle of a people, the greatness of Mandela, and an example to follow for anyone who wants to be a leader.
There is nothing I can say bad about the movie, as it is one of my favorites.
The scene I most like about the movie is the end, when they win the games and  the people of all the colors united and celebrating the victory.

BLOGGER 3: PRIDE REVIEW

Hello guys!

Today I´m going to talk about the movie "PRIDE", this movie is very good, and I recommend you to see it.
In the first moment I not understand the movie because we saw it in English and could not read the subtitles, but then understand her.
My favourite scene is when Joe manages to leave his parents house and fight for what he wants, this scene happens when Mark tells him that life is short and he has to live it best possible.
For this reason my favourite character is Joe, because it took a very brave decision at his young age (he was only twenty one).
What I liked most about this movie was that the characters did not stop fighting despite all the obstacles they had throughout history.
What I did not like was that Joe´s parents did not support him, they did nos know how to listen to him, and more than help, they took him away from his friends believing it was for his sake, when it was  not, they did not want to open their minds and the only one who felt alone and despised was Joe.
